Getting Started with PunchFlow

Up and running in under 5 minutes. No IT, no downloads, no training required.

โœ“ You'll be clocking in your first employee in under 2 minutes.

Step 1: Create your account

  1. Go to punchflowapp.com/signup
  2. Enter your name, email, and a password
  3. Enter your business name and select your timezone
  4. Click Create Account

No credit card required. The free plan supports up to 3 employees and 1 kiosk.

Step 2: Add your first employee

  1. From the dashboard, click Employees in the left sidebar
  2. Click + Add Employee
  3. Enter their name and set a 4-digit PIN
  4. Optionally set their pay rate (hourly) and position
  5. Click Save

Employees do not need an email address or account. The PIN is all they need at the kiosk.

Step 3: Set up your kiosk

  1. Click Kiosks in the left sidebar
  2. Click + New Kiosk and give it a name (e.g., "Front Counter")
  3. Copy the kiosk URL that appears
  4. Open that URL on the shared device (tablet, laptop, or desktop)
  5. Bookmark it or add it to the home screen

Step 4: Clock in your first employee

  1. On the kiosk screen, find or search the employee name
  2. Tap their name and enter their PIN
  3. They're clocked in โ€” you'll see them as "Clocked In" on your dashboard
