Getting Started with PunchFlow
Up and running in under 5 minutes. No IT, no downloads, no training required.
โ You'll be clocking in your first employee in under 2 minutes.
Step 1: Create your account
- Go to punchflowapp.com/signup
- Enter your name, email, and a password
- Enter your business name and select your timezone
- Click Create Account
No credit card required. The free plan supports up to 3 employees and 1 kiosk.
Step 2: Add your first employee
- From the dashboard, click Employees in the left sidebar
- Click + Add Employee
- Enter their name and set a 4-digit PIN
- Optionally set their pay rate (hourly) and position
- Click Save
Employees do not need an email address or account. The PIN is all they need at the kiosk.
Step 3: Set up your kiosk
- Click Kiosks in the left sidebar
- Click + New Kiosk and give it a name (e.g., "Front Counter")
- Copy the kiosk URL that appears
- Open that URL on the shared device (tablet, laptop, or desktop)
- Bookmark it or add it to the home screen
Step 4: Clock in your first employee
- On the kiosk screen, find or search the employee name
- Tap their name and enter their PIN
- They're clocked in โ you'll see them as "Clocked In" on your dashboard
