Built because paper timesheets are a nightmare.

PunchFlow started from a simple frustration. Running a small team meant hours every fortnight reconciling handwritten timesheets. I was chasing employees for their hours and calculating pay by hand. There had to be a better way — one that didn't need a $200/month HR platform, or every employee downloading an app.

So I built PunchFlow. It's a PIN-based kiosk time clock that runs on any shared tablet or screen. It takes two minutes to set up. Employees just need their name and a 4-digit PIN — no accounts, no downloads, no IT department.

Today PunchFlow is used by cafes, retail stores, trades businesses, and small offices across Australia and beyond. These are businesses that run on shift workers and need a time clock that just works.
